What is Counselling?

 

Counselling  provides an opportunity to explore problems and make senses of individual life stories.

 

Our counsellors make no judgments, but respect clients as individuals with a need to make sense of their own lives.

 

We do not solve practical problems or tell clients what to do.

SAGE is a counselling service for people with restricted mobility which visits people in their home environment.

 

With 20 counsellors we are able to service West and East Sussex, East Hampshire and Surrey.

 

SAGE is a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy
